A soul enchanter is an item that has a chance to allow any weapon level 75 and above the ability to harness the power of boss monsters. 100% soul enchanters are obtained from events (usually gachapon style) each boss (not all) may drop its soul shard, collect 10 to exchange for a random soul of that boss.
